[ndcf] Trail Maintenance v2.0

Myself and 3 others weedwacked Pioneer Park Hills and BSC Bowl trails about
10 days ago. We hit everything south of I-94 and the southwest third north
of I-94. The remainder wasn't bad except maybe through the long climb
eastward just north of the chainlink fence. A couple of the switchbacks by
I-94 could use the tread recut at a sideslope to shed water.

Greetings Again,
                        After receiving Dale's email stating that himself
and Brian Fried maintenanced the Mandan trail already, we have decided to
focus on the Pioneer Park trail this Saturday.  I and many others really
appreciate the hard work that Dale and Brian did. 
 
We will still meet at the same time, Saturday, July 7th at 8:00am, but the
location will change to Pioneer Park.  If you have any questions please
don't hesitate to ask.
