[ndcf] Off-Road Duathlon

Just another reminder to those that are interested in participating in the
Off-Road duathlon - we have moved the date from Wed June 27 - to Thursday
June 28 due to a schedule conflict at Sleepy Hollow.  This will be strictly
a fun event - now awards will be given - there will be a $15 registration
fee to cover insurance.  Again the event will include a 1 mile run, 10.5
mile bike, 3 mile run - depending on the amount and level of participants we
may shorten the bike leg - we will make that decision at race time.
Registration will begin at 5:30PM with racing slated to start at 6:00PM.
Come out and give off-road a try!
