[ndcf] Bismarck Off-Road Duathlon TONIGHT!

Just a reminder to everyone that we will be holding our off-road duathlon
tonight at Sleepy Hollow Park in Bismarck.  The race will start at 6:00 with
registration starting at 5:15.  Helmets are required along with a $15 fee to
participate to cover necessary insurance for the event - if you will be
paying with a check they should be made out to "NDCF".  This will be a fun
event so come our and challenge yourself.  We have changed the format
slightly with a shorter MTB leg - the format will be 1 mile run, 7 mile
mountain bike, 3 mile run.  This will be an open men's and women's format -
there will be no age group categories - all participants will get a free
Epic Sports water bottle!  Face the challenge and race the clock.  Look
forward to seeing everyone tonight!
