[ndcf] Bike commuter meeting notice, 3/19

The Bismarck/Mandan bike commuting group will be meeting next Monday (3/19) at the Bismarck Public Library (Room C).  We'll be (hopefully) hearing from 'Best Commuting Routes' group as well as developing a media rollout plan for Bike to Work Week.  We could use everyone's input, so if you can, please try to attend.

Looks like a warm weekend is on tap for the western part of the state.  Safe riding out there!!!
