[ndcf] Update Communications Plan for Bike to Work Week

All,

Please find attached the attached Communications Plan.  I'll continue to
update this as taskers are completed.  I'll bring the draft "Media advisory"
and "Press Release" to our next meeting.  I have an event today with the
Governor.  His public information guy is usually with him.  I'll talk to him
about the possibility of a joint proclamation signing ceremony with the
Governor and Mayor.  

Brian, have you had a chance to talk with the Major yet?  Let's us know if he
will support this.   

Scott has things greased with KFYR.  Mark is waiting on a reply from the
Tribune.  Keep providing me you updates.  I still need to contact the
Chamber.  I'll get that done very soon.
