Again the dates the upcoming events are

 

Bismarck Tri - June 10 - starts at 1:30 - event duration approx 4 hours

Race to Sunset - June 16 - starts at 8:00AM - event duration  12 - 13 hrs -
volunteers can select shifts throughout the day
