[ndcf] Meeting notice, Monday 11/12/2007

Greetings!

Just a reminder that the next Bismarck-Mandan Bike Commuter Advocacy Group meeting is this Monday (11/12/07) at 7:00 p.m. at the Bismarck Public Library (Room C).

Agenda items for the meeting include:
  a.. A brief review of the feedback received by our presentation to the MPO Technical Advisory Committee on 10/15. 
  b.. Need for input to AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) for a national network of bike routes. 
  c.. Discussion/Plan-of-Action to approach ND-DOT with a proposal to include bicycle/motorist safety information in drivers manuals. 
  d.. Bike commuter route map for Bismarck/Mandan - Review (and select) criteria to evaluate potential routes; discussion of next steps to create 'rough draft' of a map.
