[ndcf] First call for volunteers for upcoming events

Greetings Everyone!

As the Bismarck Tri and Race to Sunset rapidly approach it is time to start
getting organized our volunteers again.  We will need a number of volunteers
for both events for traffic control, water stops, set-up and tear-down etc.
Please let me know if you or anyone you know will be able to help out.  The
dates are June 8 for the Tri and June 13-14 for the Race to Sunset.
